Summary: In the upset of the year, the previously winless Ambush knocked off first-place Dodge 68-63. North Bend got off to a 10-3 lead and led by as many as 10 in the first half before Dodge closed the gap with a run near the end of the first half. The Gamecocks kept the momentum going into the second half, building as led as large as 6 points. North Bend regained the lead on a Chase Ruzicka transition layup with 2:45 left. Matt Ortmeier added to the lead by tipping an offensive rebound over his head and into the hoop. Dodge counldn't make a basket down the stretch as the Ambush made 5-of-8 free throws to take a 68-60 lead with 21 seconds left.
