Eagle has new reporterby Johnna Behrens If you have been into the North Bend Eagle recently you may have seen me typing on the computer or behind the counter assisting with your subscriptions. I am Johnna Behrens, the newest addition to the Eagle staff. I have so much to learn as a new employee of the Eagle.
I am engaged to a local farm-raised gentleman, Roger Coufal. We will be married in September. I grew up as the oldest daughter of a farmer outside of West Point. Growing up on a farm and graduating from West Point, I am excited to be a part of your community. I have two sisters and two brothers all younger than myself. My hobbies are asking tons of questions and doting over my cats and chickens. I also love to cook, play board games and cards. My interest has always been in people whether it be in healthcare, education, or the service industry. I have met many of you already, and look forward to over time getting to know most all of you. I am always looking to make more friends. It's a pleasure to be able to be a part of this kind community, and I look forward to sharing opinions and stories for years to come. I will be working Wednesdays and other fill-in days. Mary Le Arneal, a reporter since 2006, is cutting back a little and working Monday and Fridays. Janet Dunker, bookkeeper, reporter, etc., will be working Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays. Editor Nathan Arneal will be here most days when he is not doing his many other jobs. Thank you for your support and for subscribing. It is you that keeps us here.
