Sheriff's Dept. seeks help with burglaries

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Department and local law enforcement authorities are investigating numerous business burglaries that have recently occurred in Dodge County.

From Oct. 27, until Nov. 11, 13 burglaries to businesses have been investigated. The burglaries have occurred in rural Fremont as well as North Bend, Hooper, Snyder, Scribner, Uehling and Nickerson.

In most instances the business is ransacked and only cash has been taken. In one burglary only consumables were taken. Through investigation it is believed that these burglaries are being committed by the same perpetrators. Possible leads are being investigated.

The Sheriff’s Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying those responsible for these burglaries.
