Ice jam causes flood on Platte

Wed. March 4- An ice jam on the Platte River a couple of miles west of North Bend caused flooding around the McGinn's Lake area, with several homes and cabins being hit this morning. North Bend itself is not threatened by the floodwaters, which had begun to receed late on the morning of the 4th.
